  • Application principle and characteristics of AC motor test bench

    1、 Application scope of AC power meter:

    1. A torque sensor is a precision measuring instrument that can measure various torques, rotational speeds, and mechanical power. The scope of application is very wide, mainly including the output power and torque of electric motors, engines, internal combustion engines, and rotating power equipment;

    2. Fan, water pump, gearbox, torque wrench, torque and power;

    2、 The basic principle of communication force measuring instrument:

    Torque measurement: The torque measurement system is composed of a variable element method and an elastic axis strain bridge, and the torque axial strain measurement is achieved through electrical signals. After voltage/frequency conversion, the strain signal is amplified, converted into a frequency signal, and the strain is converted into proportionality.


    3、 Product features of AC power meter:

    1. Output signals of any selected waveform, square wave, or pulse wave.

    2. High testing accuracy, good stability, and strong anti-interference ability.

    3. No need for repeated measurements, continuous measurement of positive and negative torque.

    4. The torque can be measured as well as dynamic torque.

    5. Sensors with small size and light weight can be used independently, and square waves can output frequency signals or pulse waves proportional to impedance and torque. Lightweight and easy to install.
