  • The company held a discussion meeting on execution experience

    The company leaders, department managers, and responsible persons held a learning experience discussion meeting in the company conference room. This meeting is another one held to serve the company's execution year, following the training topic of "execution". The aim is to improve the personal qualities and work abilities of cadres and employees, emphasize the importance of performance management, and highlight the importance of learning and managing "execution" for the future development of the company.  

    At the meeting, company leaders and department managers made speeches, elaborating on specific work methods, management ideas, operational mechanisms, work attitudes, service awareness, etc. that reflect execution ability.  

    Through this discussion, employees' understanding of execution has been further deepened. 

    1. Looking at 'execution' through 'ability'. Through this learning experience, employees have come to understand the significant importance of execution in their career growth. It can comprehensively reflect whether there is a gap between the work abilities of employees and the requirements of the company's development. Employees should improve their ability to analyze and solve problems based on the company's development speed and market prospects, reflect on whether their comprehensive abilities are competent for their job positions, and whether their personal career plans conflict with the company's growth and development, in order to determine their own development direction and integrate themselves into the company's development.  

    2. Effective 'execution' has the characteristics of agility and principle, and ultimately aims to improve work performance and solve problems in a timely manner.  

    3. Employees should constantly cultivate their 'execution ability' in their daily work. The idea of rapidly improving one's abilities through course training is unrealistic. It should be noted that 'Rome wasn't built in a day', and employees should gradually improve themselves in their work.

    At the same time, leaders at all levels should assess the situation and continuously improve their comprehensive ability to handle problems. At the same time, the meeting also set certain benchmarks for managers on how to improve their execution ability when carrying out their work:

    1. A high sense of responsibility. Leaders at all levels should be responsible for the work of the department's employees, guide their work with a broad perspective, and fulfill their job responsibilities with a rigorous and serious attitude, starting from improving their own qualities!  

    2. There is no shortage of flexible ideas in the end. Leaders at all levels should attach great importance to problems that arise in their work, quickly identify the causes, make decisions, and handle them in a timely manner. Leaders at all levels should guide problems with clear working methods and respond to them with flexible thinking rather than avoiding them.
