The Wuhan UHV Transformer Comprehensive Test Bench complies with national standards including GB/T4776, GB/T5169, and GB/4285-1993, among others.
Additionally, it provides an external CT interface for system capacity expansion.
The measurement module is fully controlled by a single-chip microcomputer (MCU), which performs synchronous sampling and automatic processing of test data. This advanced approach eliminates the manual calculation errors inherent in traditional methods that rely on separate readings from voltmeters, ammeters, and power meters. All results are displayed digitally in real time.

It supports a complete range of transformer tests under 2500kVA, including DC resistance measurement, turns ratio testing, no-load and load loss measurement, AC withstand voltage testing, and wind power transformer voltage withstand tests.

Test parameters such as voltage and current are displayed directly on digital or analog meters, and all measured results — including voltage, current, and power data — can be printed for reporting and record-keeping.
4、Safety & Control Features
The system incorporates audible and visual alarms for overcurrent conditions during withstand voltage tests, and includes a programmable timing function for automated test control and enhanced operational safety.
